Yes. The full cost of your chosen bathroom suite is payable upfront as a deposit before we place the order. This covers the cost of the bathroom products and allows us to secure everything required for your project.

The remaining balance, covering the installation costs, is then due in full on completion of the bathroom installation.

Where subcontractors are required as part of your project, payment for their work is due on completion of their respective part of the works.

Every bathroom is different, so the timescale depends on the size and complexity of the project. A full bathroom refurbishment can involve several stages, including removal, plumbing, preparation, tiling, installation and finishing. We'll provide an estimated timescale before work begins. (Average 10-14 days.)

We understand that being without a toilet can be a major inconvenience. Where possible, we will plan the work to keep a toilet available for use for as much of the installation as possible. If your only toilet needs to be removed or will be out of use for a period of time, we'll discuss this with you in advance so you know what to expect and can make suitable arrangements.

Product warranties are held with the manufactures.

Yes. We take care of the removal of your existing bathroom as part of the installation, including removing the old sanitaryware and preparing the room for your new bathroom.
